Sports and Athletic Programs

We offer a comprehensive approach to physical training and preparation for sports. A successful training program includes both athletic development as well as injury prevention. Athletes can receive a comprehensive assessment of their flexibility, mobility and strength to determine both their strengths and weaknesses. From there a customized program can be built to help that athlete overcome any nagging injuries and to increase their speed, power and endurance. In addition we offer training sessions throughout that year help develop a young athlete’s foundation of agility and core strength to help prepare them for later years of training and lifting weights. A part of our training sessions include proper technique with strength training to ensure they are able to successfully and safely participate in their local high schools strength program.
